Our insurance offers coverage for your goods to and from most of the countries in the world. However, for shipments to some specific countries, it’s necessary a previous authorization from the Insurer.
In case of damaged or lost goods (partial or total), TRANSCOMA GLOBAL LOGISTICS will handle the claim on your behalf.
Steps to be followed up:
1. Check the exterior condition of the goods.
2. Write your observations on the delivery note and take pictures.
3. Immediately send a written claim by e-mail to Transcoma Global Logistics, attaching the taken pictures.
4. If the damage is not visible, the maximum period of time for sending the claim will be 24 hours after delivery.
The damaged cargo must always be retained until the procedure has concluded.
